6/30/11 - Failed Pump Makes Xinde Technology (WTFS. OB) Perfect

Here's a really quick post today because I don't have a lot of time.

Xinde Technology (WTFS.OB) is my latest perfect stock selection. On 4/14/11, this Chinese company did a 4-1 forward split. It appears they needed to unload some shares, so about two weeks ago, they initiated a $750K promotion in hopes of minimizing the slide in share price. See link below for the promotional literature:

http://www2.smallcapfortunes.com/wtfs/

Well, the pump failed and the share price has cratered from .80 to .08 in the last two weeks. The bullet points below are why I think WTFS.OB is now perfect:

  • The company still makes well over $100M annually in revenue
  • As of 6/29/11 the company has a PE of 1, which makes it attractive fundamentally
  • Many Chinese stocks have been bouncing recently after being hammered by the market the past 3-6 months
  • Its chart appears to be bottoming
  • The short interest in the stock is increasing, which fuels bounces as shorters cover

The morning of 6/30/11, WTFS.OB sits at $0.118. There is a chance that the stock retests the .09 area and could possibly go lower. However, I think at these levels, the upside greatly outweighs the risk. I'm putting a target of $0.25 on the stock to be reached at some point in the next 2-3 weeks. Xinde Technology (WTFS.OB) is the next perfect stock.

  1. GGRI looks like a monster. The pumpers look like they know what they are doing with that one. .20's are probably coming soon.

The dumping in WTFS seems to be subsiding after this morning. The overall chart is starting to remind me of SDTH's.

    ReplyDelete
  2. It's nice to hear you say that Card, per GGRI.

    I'm in.

I wish I had the acuity that you seem to have for ascertaining that they "know what they're doing."

Could you give me a tip as to the makings of such an inference?

    ReplyDelete
  3. Owen, I gather a lot of information from charts. Look at GGRI's 3day 5min candlestick chart and review the overall line trend. GGRI is clearly in consolidation mode. The early pop and tank this morning were just "noise" in the overall trend line. A 2-5 day period of consolidation can provide great support for the next big move. If that 14-15 cent area gets breached, load up.

    ReplyDelete
  4. lol, I'm already loaded.

Still tryin' to figure out how to even organize/look at my charts on TOS.

    ReplyDelete
  5. Sure has been a quiet afternoon ever since that pop this morning. Sorta makin' me nervous.

Still the same sentiment as earlier?

    ReplyDelete
  6. Owen, consolidation is never bad in a stock that just moved 100%. GGRI still looks great.

WTFS is starting to look really good. It doesn't matter if the stock finishes red or green as long as those sub .10's are left behind.

    ReplyDelete
  7. You're right. I'm being impatient. GGRI has in fact looked real strong throughout the day. Will be great if this results in another leg.

I will definitely be keeping an eye out for this WTFS move you're predicting.

    ReplyDelete
  8. $GGRI... Wow, that was fun. Tomorrow is gonna be VERY interesting.

Thank you for your help Card.

    ReplyDelete
  9. WTFS still appears to be unloading shares. Unfortunately, it tested the 9's again as I mentioned in the post. The volume is just too high right now. A couple of days more and the volume should dry out. At that point it should start to definitively move higher.

GGRI had a great day. Ridiculous volume. Chart looks ready to make another big move.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Hmm.. I had not noticed that $GGRI had plummeted from a dollar a couple months ago.

    Was it pumped before?

Should we consider this a re-pump? Perhaps lower our expectations?

Prior to discovering this, I've had a feeling we might be in for something big here. Apparently the promo budget is MULTI-million, and the web site is STELLAR (remember LEXG's flashy promo vid?).

But if this thing has already blown before, now I'm unsure.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Owen, GGRI did a forward split. That's why the price dropped. It was initially going to get pumped a week before it did, but was postponed (at least that was the rumor).

WTFS is crazy. So far it's just had short covering pops where the gains are good for less than a hour. The volume does seem to be dropping some though, which is great sign. The true buy signal will be a slow churn higher and not the quick pops.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Does that mean that they increased the number of shares by some factor, X, and then decreased the pps by the same factor? Is that what a forward split is? Is it just an adjustment to the O/S?

I'm holding $GGRI over the weekend. Next week will by wild.

And I am also going to take some profits to play your $WTFS play with 'em.

What a great way to end a week. $GGRI will bust .20 today in my opinion.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Owen, basically your are correct about the forward splits. They are done typically to add liquidity, which can theoretically lead to more investor interest. It can also make it easier to dilute. The shares outstanding increases, share price decreases, but the market cap stays the same.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Owen, I've only seen one person say that they have been unable to buy or sell GGRI today. Most of the people I've come across with Ameritrade said they didn't have any problems. I've heard that Penson, which clears transactions for a lot of brokers are cracking down on people being able to trade sub .10 stocks, but GGRI doesn't fit that criteria anymore.

    ReplyDelete
  15. I should update here since there is no info.

TDA Ameritrade (including APEX customers) are blocked from buying GGRI.

However, Both TOS and TDA Waterhouse are able to buy it.

    Real nervous/excited about GGRI tomorrow.

If it gets all AVVC on us, at least there are some other interesting plays going on.

    Happy 4th Card.

    ReplyDelete
  16. oops, that last post was by me, Owen.

Didn't realize that I had the wrong Google account signed in.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Still on the sidelines with WTFS?

I'm unsure of when to jump in. This looks like the volume die off you spoke of, no?

    ReplyDelete
  18. Shit, did I miss it? Up 37% already?

Can't tell if this is the 'gradual' you spoke of, or rather the 'spike' you suggested was only temporary.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Are we over-bought here Card?

RSI? (I'm just learning this stuff.)

    ReplyDelete
  20. Owen, I don't think so. The 10Day 5min chart shows a nice "cup" forming. Generally, the cup gets completed and at that point either powers higher or dips to form a handle.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Good God I have so much to learn. How do you know this shit?

I don't even know where to start.

I work through Investopedia.com, for just 'fundamental' knowledge, of course.

But the practical judgment necessary to decide, for instance, what time-frame of chart to build one's strategy off of is something that really intimidates me.

    ReplyDelete
  22. I hear you, Owen. This blog (both the initial posts and the follow up comments) have been very education for me.

That said, I'd rather wire Card some dough and just leave it to him to invest. It's difficult to get up to speed without $uffering a few $elf inflicted wound$.

    ReplyDelete
  23. I think this spread is pretty uncalled for, given the one-way direction of this stock today.

Do I interpret this as MM's pushing this to run by discouraging sale?

Or do I interpret is as their lack of confidence that this has more in it?

    Or none of the above?

    Sorry so many questions.

We should get a real-time chatroom.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Owen, IMO chart trends are never set through a specific time frame. For example, a cup pattern could form, intraday, within 2-3 days, a month, or 3months. That's why as a trader it is generally a good practice to look at charts from multiple time frames. Cup formations and pennant patterns are generally reliable charting patterns as far as a stock making a potential move higher. Just remember nothing works 100% of the time.

    ReplyDelete
  25. You looking for this .25 by week's end, or earlier?

Or is there not really a time-frame on it, but just a value correction whenever.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Card, GGRI has tanked big time! Do you think its a good play for a bounce? If so, when and at what PPS do you think is ideal to jump in, and when and at what PPS would it make sense to exit after the potential bounce? Thanks.

    ReplyDelete
  27. I had to go to a meeting after lunch and just got back. Wow, WTFS exploded late. Owen, I'm looking for .25 tomorrow.

Lee, I'm just seeing GGRI's tank job. It might get a bounce, but I don't have a price point for the bounce to occur. I think you'll have to follow the price action and feel your way through it.

    ReplyDelete
  28. WTFS was awesome today! Looking forward to tomorrow.

Card, what is your take on QSGIQ? They are coming out of bankruptcy Thursday/Friday and its expected the PPS will have a nice increase. Was curious as to your thoughts.

    ReplyDelete
  29. I've seen stocks exiting bankruptcy go both ways so it's hard to predict what it will do. QSGIQ would be a good stock to follow though.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Seems like a lot of forced trades out there right now. I'm on the sidelines waiting for NYXOD to get serious about making a move with some decent volume.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Card, what makes you like NYXOD?

    ReplyDelete
  32. Lee, the chart sets up well. Stocks that are about to get pumped have a similar chart setup. Because it is a low floater, it will move easily with volume. I'd say there's a 70% chance it'll see at least a buck.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Looks like big money is behind CDOI. It should churn to .10+ by the end of the day.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Big money as in a pump? If so, what is the budget? What is the max you think the PPS can reach by the close today? .15?

    ReplyDelete
  35. Lee, the pump is $1M. I'm thinking it ends at $.0825 today with a gap to $.10 in the morning.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Thanks Card. I am somewhat nervous about holding overnight though.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Understandable Lee. However, with these sort of "out of the blue" big money pumps, they almost always release news after hours or in the morning the next day to help things along on day 2.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Good point Card, I didn't think about that. After the gap, do you think it falls in the AM hours? I would think the best time to sell is within the 1st hour of trading tomorrow morning.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Lee, IMO it gaps, falls, and then recovers all within the first hour of trading.

    ReplyDelete
  40. I agree. Looking forward to seeing how this one plays out. Right now it looks like it's having trouble getting above .07 but I expect it to break through as we get closer to the "power hour."

    Goodluck to you Card!

    ReplyDelete
  41. I'm watching CDOI closely today. The pattern with GGRI and POTG have been virtually the same. The initial move of both of those went up about 300% then came a pull back. Both peaked out close to 1000%. If CDOI does the same, then it should top off today around 9-10 cents. Then, it should gradually fade the next day or two to about 5-6 cents before ripping to new highs. If CDOI follows the pattern it should top out around .25-.30.

    ReplyDelete
  42. You are good Card. Just as you stated would happen yesterday, a PR has just come out and its gapping up per-market. Bid is in the mid .07s already.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Thanks for the analysis Card. Watching for an entry.

Let me also tout GDLPQ again here. 10 million float. This stock moves if you breathe on it.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Um, CDOI. Is this a re-pump?

This thing as at .60 within the last month.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Owen, I think CDOI did a split. It looks like they've started the fade earlier than usual. There's a bit of a gap in the chart in the low .05's. I'd say that if they want to keep this going, that will be a key area of support.

    ReplyDelete
  46. I would have thought that this 6'ish area was support.

Was thinkin about getting in when it stopped there/here.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Think the multiple R/S's could keep away discerning money and inhibit a bigger pumpish run here?

I'd have to hold this overnight tonight if I bought it.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Owen, IMO most people know CDOI is trade and not an investment. As a result, more people are focused on the $1M promo going on now than what happened in the past.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Card, do you think it gets through .072/.073 today or are we done for today?

    ReplyDelete
  50. Lee, the 2-day chart is still showing basically the same consolidation as yesterday with a very slight uptrend. I'm thinking they might pop it around 3PM. If they don't get it going before 3:30, it'll probably finish red today because many speculators will bail. As frustrating though as the day has appeared to be, it's setting up really well for a nice move later in the week.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Card, any idea what's going on with GNPG???

    ReplyDelete
  52. Lee, GNPG just looks like a move base on technicals. There could be something in the works though.

    ReplyDelete
  53. I see. If CDOI is in fact a replica of GGRI (so far it is), then we should expect a big run tomorrow. I hope it happens. What's your prediction?

    ReplyDelete
  54. Right! It still has me somewhat nervous though, that it's having trouble moving and holding above .08. If it can reach .09 I will consider an exit.

    ReplyDelete
  55. Lee, I think the promo guys on CDOI really know what they are doing. I believe they are consolidating certain areas intentionally to create future levels of price support in case someone unloads a large chunk of shares. They seem to be taking somewhat of a longer term approach (relatively speaking of course) as oppose to trying to get it all in one quick swoop.

    ReplyDelete
  56. so what is your price target over the next week for CDOI?

    ReplyDelete
  57. Jim, I think CDOI rolls through Friday, but all bets are off next week. POTG and GGRI all peaked at about 1000% from the price of their initial move. If CDOI follows the same pattern, .30 would be the magic number.

    ReplyDelete
  58. CDOI would have to go insane to reach .30 by Friday. I wouldn't bank on that. If it can hold its current level I am definitely willing to stay in another day, but Thursday is my max. I would hate to see all my gains go down the drain by being greedy.

    ReplyDelete
  59. I am still holding CDOI Card. What about you?

    ReplyDelete
  60. Lee, I bailed on CDOI. I've got a Penson broker so with all the uncertainty, I couldn't stay in it.

    ReplyDelete
  61. I too bailed! Where'd you get out at?

    What's your next play?

    ReplyDelete
  62. Lee, I got out at .073. I had a pretty hefty amount of shares so I missed out on quite a bit of profit by not selling in the .08's.

Right now, I don't really like anything. It's better to be patience and wait for something good than to force trades. However, I will be watching gold companies closely though with all the US debt uncertainty.

    ReplyDelete
  63. After the news this morning, I like BORK.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Any idea what happened with CDOI? just got hit by a bad market day? Do you expect it to recover? It seems like it's coming off a pump from a couple months ago

    ReplyDelete
  65. Jim, the all the non-DTC stuff has made CDOI toxic. The same issue derailed GGRI as well. RYUN is the only stock I have seen that has survived a change to non-DTC status in the middle of a run. However, it wasn't a pump.

    ReplyDelete
  66. You're right Owen. Bad week for trading overall. Could be b/c of all the negative national news and issues. Next week might be much better.

    ReplyDelete
  67. Maybe this is forcing a trade, but would you consider buying back in to CDOI? I know it's toxic and all, but its at a 52week low, and its price has been all over the place in the last year. Its hard to see it not go back up at some point.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Jim, CDOI bounced nicely off today's lows, but all CDOI trades are ultra risky. Unless you're really good at sniffing out bottoms, I'd stay away. IMO, the risk isn't worth the reward when easier plays will surely arise in the near future.

Right now, it is mostly a quick scalpers market. If that sort of trading isn't your strong suit (it isn't mine), then it's usually better to wait it out for something that carries a much lower risk.

    ReplyDelete
  69. All the Q stocks look like they were moving today. I wonder why that wasn't the case with QSGIQ however??

    ReplyDelete
  70. You guys might want to watch ROSV closely on Monday. It looks like another failed pump stock that's starting to reverse. The setup is almost identical to WTFS. It might dip to .04 first thing in the morning, but if it breaks .05, there's a very good chance that you'll get at least a 50% move. Check out the 10day 5min chart.

    ReplyDelete
  71. I blew it with PDOS. I've been watching it for days, but I just wasn't buying the story. Oh well.

    ReplyDelete
  72. cnoz staging a surge, up 22%. any thoughts as to why?

    ReplyDelete
  73. Michael, CNOZ looks like short covering, but the chart suggests that it could make an even bigger move. I have it on watch along with GRMC.

    ReplyDelete
  74. I'm a buyer of DANG sub 10's. It looks like it wants the double bottom.

    ReplyDelete
  75. I think .40's might be coming in GRMC. If .41 is breach solidly, it might really make a monster move. It might be getting pumped by one of the big boys like Crazypenny.

    ReplyDelete
  76. Zillow IPO today. NASDAQ looks like it might be up big today so it might be a decent one to watch. Looks like a low floater.

    ReplyDelete
  77. Card,

The Q officially came off of QSGIQ today. Should we expect anything from this stock?

    ReplyDelete
  78. Card - Did you take position in DANG? Or waiting for a good entry?

    ReplyDelete
  79. Lee, not much has happened with QSGI. It's still worthy of watching, but I don't think yesterday's run up foreshadowed anything.

Rohan, I still have no position in DANG. I'll take one though sub $10. I think a lot of people are waiting to play that bounce because the shorts will definitely cover (double bottoms are textbook). If the $9.85's don't hold, no one knows where the bottom will be.

    ReplyDelete
  80. Lots of nice potential plays today. I screwed up SINO royally yesterday. However, ALAN has a lot of potential and a great chart. Hopefully, I redeem myself with that one. There's a high probability that it'll test $3 today or tomorrow. It could be a monster though if it breaks $3 solidly.

I also like GRMC. There's been a wall at .35 for a couple of days. Check the chart and L2. If those .35's get breached, volume will probably pour in with .50 as a target.

    ReplyDelete
  81. I'm watching CADC and SAPX closely today. SAPX is a low floater getting pumped. CADC is just Chinese momo.

    ReplyDelete
  82. SAPX is looking like a monster.

    ReplyDelete
  83. Good call on SAPX Card! Others that looked really good today were SRSR and TECO. Some good plays out there today. Hopefully things continue that way tomorrow. I am curious to see how NFLX does tomorrow. Statements come out tonight/tomorrow morning. Could be interesting. My bet is that the financials will look better than what was forecasted and the PPS has gains of about 5-8% for the day.

    ReplyDelete
  84. Lee, I wish I was always that good at calling them before the market opens. I first bought SAPX at $1.70 and bought and sold more of it all day. I gambled and bought some more of it at $4.10 at the end of the day. I'm hoping for $7.50 (52Wk high) tomorrow. It might not work out, but it's worth the risk in my opinion the way other low floaters like BWOW and SINO traded the 2nd day after a big move.

    ReplyDelete
  85. Card,

Practice makes perfect. With time you will be calling them left and right before the market opens. I hope you get your $7.50, but with your gains already locked in, you really can't lose so it was a wise gamble IMO.

Looks like the NFLX numbers didn't look too good. I wonder if this is the beginning of the end for them.

I know you'll be focused on SAPX tomorrow, but if you find a good play tomorrow, please post.

    Goodluck Card!

    ReplyDelete
  86. Lee, I got so caught up watching SAPX (which I bailed on) that I miss PNS. After consolidating a bit, 4 or 5 could still be a possibility.

    ReplyDelete
  87. Card, I tried to play SAPX after the gap was filled this morning, but too bad for me it kept going south after I got in! It's funny because the gap was filled then it started an uptrend and I thought it was safe. The minute I bought in, the price started going back down. Haha! I lost about 15% before I bailed. Better luck next time for me.

    ReplyDelete
  88. Picked the wrong low floater this morning. I can't believe the move MSHL made. It had a very similar press release the morning of June 27 and the stock finished red on only 18K volume. Ridiculous market.

    ReplyDelete
  89. Picked up some SLMU on GM news.

    ReplyDelete
  90. MILL bounce play is looking really good today.

    ReplyDelete
  91. NYXO is looking good on high volume.

    ReplyDelete
  92. Rohan, NYXO is definitely one to watch. I know it has a $25K promo on it. Here is the promo material for it: http://campaign.r20.constantcontact.com/render?llr=yeile9dab&v=0015rqrTrc4Aju5Ru6bADtWDTx4ksaTI07g8NzioXaqFJbntINBmcXXx21739i9I50nE32558cbjCNjvYTW0X9-RUrZ8zsHUV7fLWC3PNOhN9e-F-BmC3shc9GkOVS8Woza

The gap up in the chart today has me a little concerned though. It'll get filled sooner than later IMO.

    ReplyDelete
  93. I'm looking hard at gold companies now as those seem to be one of the few things working in penny land. PCFG, GHDC, and SFMI. I like GHDC the best.

    ReplyDelete
  94. Looking for a buck from EFOI on Navy contract news. They haven't Pr'd it yet.

    ReplyDelete
  95. Looking for JGBO to pop past a buck.

    ReplyDelete
  96. Ugly day. If you aren't scalping, short the market or didn't buy MMTC at the open, you probably haven't made much money today. You have to be patient in this environment. Something good will come eventually.

    ReplyDelete
  97. If the Fed doesn't screw it up, we'll finish with a 400+ day on the DOW. I bought a little FAS just in case.

    ReplyDelete
  98. Market looks terrible. Tomorrow's the key. If we close below Monday's low, we'll see DOW 10000 before we get another bounce.

    ReplyDelete
  99. Card,

It has been really ugly in the stock markets over the past week or so. Do you really think this downtrend continues until the DOW reaches 10,000? I think a cup formation begins any day now. This just can;t continue to decline at these level IMHO.

Could you please explain why you bought FAS when you thought the market would finish 400+ like it did? Is the ratio: market up=FAS up?

    ReplyDelete
  100. Lee, the financials have been getting pounded. On a big reversal, the stocks that are crushed the hardest rebound the hardest. Since FAS is a 3x leverage, I thought it would be a good play.

Playing promos today. PUNK, GRAS, RVNG. At least one should pop.

    ReplyDelete
  101. Lee, as far as the DOW, today is the key. If we finish positive, we're in decent shape. If we finish below 10600, 10000 is the bounce point IMO.

    ReplyDelete
  102. DANG looks to be finally bouncing off $8. I had said before that I'd be a buyer of DANG sub $10. Of course I didn't buy it because the market was crashing. I cannot buy it here either because the market is schizo and earnings will be released on Tuesday. Stocks have been getting 50%+ haircuts on earnings misses or bad guidance. It's too much of a risk to buy for me.

    ReplyDelete
  103. I'm still riding PUNK from yesterday. Monster!

    ReplyDelete
  104. Too late to jump on the punk train?

    ReplyDelete
  105. Jim, I don't think so. You also might want to check out EMBA too. The chart looks "promoish" as well.

    ReplyDelete
  106. Card - What do you think of DANG? Er tomorrow? Is it worth holding?

    ReplyDelete
  107. Rohan, I'm just seeing your post. I wouldn't touch DANG. Their earnings might be a blowout, but it's just too risky. EMBA and PUNK are much easier stocks to play right now.

    ReplyDelete
  108. I am not touching DANG before earnings.
I might consider other two tomorrow.
    Thanks

    ReplyDelete
  109. Rohan, rarely do these promo plays stop just below buck. PUNK has dipped every morning at the open and then recovered. I'd look for it to dip to about .70-.75 first thing. If it recovers strongly, I wouldn't be surprised to see it test $1.00 a couple times and then maybe breakout to $1.20. If it acts weak in that .70-.75 area, it's probably done. I've been in and out of PUNK a couple of times since .30 and made good money, but I'm too scared to hold it overnight. EMBA looks like it's just starting. It too may tank at the open tomorrow, much like CXLT did when it first made big midday move. CXLT actually tanked the following day and then Crazypenny announced that they were pumping it and it flew. So, I'd be on the look out for all of these scenarios.

    ReplyDelete
  110. EMBA should be bought aggressively if you start to see it trend upward after lunch IMO.

    ReplyDelete
  111. "CXLT actually tanked the following day and then Crazypenny announced that they were pumping it and it flew." is this the scenario we're looking at possibly?

    ReplyDelete
  112. Card,

What are your thoughts on EMBA today? I think if it makes movement up this morning that it'll be an easy play today.

I think PUNK is done. Agree?

What do you see the overall market (i.e. Dow) doing this week and next? Head down, stay even for the most part, or head up? Good luck today Card!

    ReplyDelete
  113. Jim, actually Crazypenny announced it was pumping CXLT about week later after the midday jump (although the stock traded up after the tank day). Midday Tuesday I thought an uptrend was forming in EMBA, but today's action confirms more of a downtrend. I'd keep it on watch for more funny business, but it's probably not a very good own right now.

Lee, PUNK is done. Nothing left, but dead cat bounces. As far as the overall market, it looks like it's in an uptrend again. If we bust out of the 11500's, 12000 could come quickly.

  114. A lot of people are trying to play a LGFTY bounce. The problem is that LGFTY had 57M OS and 78% institutional ownership. If the institutions are dumping (which they probably are), it'll probably take about 40M in volume for them to be done. As of 11:15AM, the vol is only at about 18M. It's hard to get a decent bounce when the selling is that strong. I may venture into it at .25.

    ReplyDelete
  115. Dumping looks to be done (for today) in LGFTY. I got some .50's.

    ReplyDelete
  116. LGFTY should be in play tomorrow. I'm expecting a sell off right at the open by those gap seekers. Hopefully, if any of the institutions want to finish dumping their shares, they'll do so then as well. I'm thinking we might dip into the .60's and then recover to possibly test $1.00.

  117. i hear some buzz about PUDA as well

    ReplyDelete
  118. You guys might want to load up on HDSI. The guys that pumped POTG are now on this one. It will be very volatile, but you can go ahead and pencil in at least .75 - $1.00 by the time they are done.

    ReplyDelete
  119. How long you think it takes HDSI to get to those levels?

    ReplyDelete
  120. Lee, I'd say no more than 2 weeks. Crazypenny of late has been a multi-week play. They don't try to get it all in one day.

My PUDA buy at $1.91 is looking pretty good. Already sold half, but hoping for $5 for the other half.

    ReplyDelete
  121. Why can't HDSI get above the low .28s?

    ReplyDelete
  122. Lee, be patient. It will pop eventually. This is how Crazypenny works. They lull you to sleep and then POP!

    ReplyDelete
  123. I shall do just that! Patience is the key!

Card, is there anyway to get these comments and your new posts sent to a smart phone as they happen? I'd like to catch any updates in real time on my phone but didn't know if that was possible or not. As of now, I use the old fashioned refresh button on the screen to catch updates.

    ReplyDelete
  124. Lee, I think you hit the "subscribe by email" link just below the comment box.

    ReplyDelete
  125. LEE, POTG gapped up for like 5 or 6 straight days, when it was pumped. I would think HDSI would do the same thing.

    ReplyDelete
  126. I will keep that in mind Card. Ugly close though! Not what I expected. Hope we get some news after hours.

BTW, the "subscribe by email" works like a charm. Thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  127. HDSI didn't have the close I wanted, but that stock isn't really about today. It's about the next 2 weeks.

    ReplyDelete
  128. Secret penny stocks just put out an email on HDSI. Those that bought it today anywhere below .30 should be in good shape Friday.

    ReplyDelete
  129. I'm still hanging in there with HDSI, but it is painful watch. LGFTY is looking really good. Could make a big move once momo vol comes.

    ReplyDelete
  130. My first buy today of LGFTY was at .65. I only wish I would have loaded then. I'm hoping for 2 bucks today.

    ReplyDelete
  131. It's amazing how much HDSI is mirroring POTG at this stage. The daily volume is even basically the same when they were at the same stage. With POTG they pushed it to the mid .40's before pulling it back on relatively low volume. Then, they really ripped it. I'm interested to see the pull back point on this one.

    ReplyDelete
  132. If anybody's interested, LSTG has a $100K promo out. See link below. It's a gold stock so it might catch on. However, I prefer stocks with bigger promo budgets. http://newsletter.hotstocked.com/newsletters/view/LSTG_is_a_ground_floor_Gold_opportunity-107862

    ReplyDelete
  133. HDSI has been solid all day today and Friday. I am hoping for another gapper tomorrow morning.

    ReplyDelete
  134. CRWV just released a $1M promo. I wish I had seen it sooner.

    ReplyDelete
  135. Card, what are your thoughts on HDSI now?

    ReplyDelete
  136. Lee, clearly people jumped ship to the new hot promo in CRWV. IMO, I don't think HDSI is dead because the volume was not super high. However, I do believe that the pull back that it was going to have anyway was pushed up a day or two by the selling action. I'm looking for low volume weakness at the open on Tuesday (sub .20's maybe .16-.18) and then a recovery. We'll see if the pumpers support the share price.

    ReplyDelete
  137. I'm thinking today with CRWV will be mostly a consolidation day. After hours or tomorrow morning, I think they'll hit folks with the "$2 Billion in gold" press release and it'll start to move up as long as no non-DTC issues pop up.

    ReplyDelete
  138. Sounds good with CRWV Card.

What does the latest news on HDSI mean? http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=48920216

    ReplyDelete
  139. Lee, my HDSI prediction is looking pretty good for now. I bailed yesterday, but bought some this morning at .18. We'll see how that works out. I think the news basically was that they had planned to cancel some outstanding shares, but they decided against it. Hard to read that as positive or negative.

    ReplyDelete
  140. It is looking pretty good so far Card. HDSI might make you look like a stock genious! We will see what happens.

    ReplyDelete
  141. HDSI has finished very similarly to EMBA when it bounced off it's initial tank. EMBA went on to grind higher and is back to its pre-tank highs. It'll be interesting to see how HDSI responds tomorrow. I'm predicting another early morning tank to about the 50 day moving average (mid to upper .16's) and then a steady move up.

Nice consolidation day for CRWV. If it does this again tomorrow, it will be extremely bullish. However, I suspect they'll pop it at some point tomorrow to appease the impatient (again if there is no non DTC issues).

    ReplyDelete
  142. I was wrong about the HDSI morning dip, but I was correct on the overall recovery. This thing sure is powering ahead. I wouldn't be surprised to see this back at .35 by Monday.

All these promos seem to be doing the tank and recover method. It worked for EMBA, it's working for HDSI, and now CRWV looks like it wants to follow suit.

    ReplyDelete
  143. I was a day off on the my CRWV "$2Bil in gold" press release. A guess since they delayed it an extra day, they decided to add an extra billion :). I'm curious to see how this trades tomorrow. They sent out a bunch of emails last night, but I've got to think that today's "gap and dump" will alienate some of those followers. You know after today, they'll be plenty of sellers at the open if it gaps. Hopefully, the MM's will stop selling paper long enough to fix the chart. People don't like to buy stocks that aren't in an uptrend.

    ReplyDelete
  144. Looking for more from CRWV?

    ReplyDelete
  145. I am Jim. I personally was looking for a day where there was a huge sell off of CRWV at the open (maybe 25-30%) to jump back in, but the buying interest just seems too strong. So far buyers have stepped in every time it is about to turn red. I figure the stock probably needs one more big dip to suck in enough shorts to fuel the next big rise, but it may not happen. I'll probably be a buyer on a solid break of yesterday's high if it doesn't gap over that mark and happens early enough in the day. However, I'm on the look out for that big dip.

For you subpenny players GLER looks like an odds on favorite for at least a 50% move today based on the chart and it being sort of the only stock being pumped this morning (besides the constant pumping of CRWV). Put it on your radar.

    ReplyDelete
  146. CRWV finally with that big dump day. At some point this will bounce. I'm watching for .06's as a possible entry tomorrow. All depends on how it closes today.

    ReplyDelete
  147. Really liking EVGI now. I also think EMBA might being going to buck.

    ReplyDelete
  148. Still think crwv's going to pop

    ReplyDelete
  149. Jim, the volume has been way too high for any type of bounce to take place. The amount of shares being unloaded is incredible. If the volume slows, an early morning (lower volume) dip to .02 would be a great entry.

    ReplyDelete
  150. Not really liking anything on the market right now, but things can change quickly.

    ReplyDelete
  151. Everyone is saying there's a serious pump going on EMBA (rumor is $500K, but I haven't verified). I wonder if today will be a "dip and rip" or a "gap and run"?

    ReplyDelete
  152. I never thought I'd say this about a pumped stock, but EMBA looks like it might be one of those buy and hold stocks. The promoters seem to be willing to bring this up slowly as oppose to the usually 3 or 4 consecutive "clear candle" days. They are shaking out the quick flippers with down days, which makes it tough to day trade, but they don't seem to want to tank the stock either.

    ReplyDelete
  153. I just picked up a little AAGC on a rumor from several people that there's a $1.2M promo.

    ReplyDelete
  154. AAGC promo rumor is true.

    ReplyDelete
  155. This trading environment is not conducive at all for holding gains. Had nice gains on both OBJE and WATG this morning, but not anymore. I'll be selling anything I buy in the morning from now on between 10:30-11:00AM.

    ReplyDelete
  156. Nothing looks great in this market. The best thing I see out there is SILA. It's been consolidating for 4 days now and looks primed to pop on the next volume surge.

    ReplyDelete
  157. Sort of liking the short covering potential on APWR after being delisted yesterday.

    ReplyDelete
  158. ONYX has a "perfect chart". If volume comes, it could have a parabolic move. L2 looks thin too.

    ReplyDelete
  159. GACFQ could be a beast today with news that commons may be intact.

    ReplyDelete
  160. Nice call on that one Card! Wish I had played it though!

    ReplyDelete
  161. RAYS looks like easy money. $3.25M pump by the LEXG guys. I'm holding for awhile.

PhaseIII, I think AERN has peaked particularly now that all the pump focus is on RAYS (remember HDSI and CRWV). It would have been a great buy when it first came out though.

    ReplyDelete
  162. Yup. Got out of AERN and into RAYS. Lets see how high this pump can go.

    some info on the pump:
    http://www.smauthority.com/raystream/

    ReplyDelete
  163. This is a great post below on previous pumps to help you figure out a game plan for RAYS.

    http://www.reapertrades.com/2011/10/2011-super-mega-ultra-pump-and-dump-recap/

My initial thought is that we'll have another up day today on less volume, but that tomorrow may be the first shake out day. It'll be interesting to see how low they try and take it. This is different from a lot of other pumps (even LEXG IMO). Shorts are terrified of a stock like this and because of the promoter's previous success with such a large budget. It'll be much harder to shake people out and trap shorts at this stage. Dips will probably be bought aggressively. They may have to take it down hard to really get folks to panic. It'll be interesting to follow.

    ReplyDelete
  164. Card,

I had some RAYS from yesterday and sold on the gap this morning. Looks like it closed at the gap up level which is good. What do you think happens tomorrow? Still heads down?

    ReplyDelete
  165. Lee, I'm thinking the action in RAYS will be similar to yesterday except the dip could be bigger (maybe high $1.30's low $1.40's)and it won't recover quite as much. Wouldn't be surprised to see a red finish in the low $1.50's. That would still put RAYS in consolidation mode.

    ReplyDelete
  166. RAYS PR just out. Maybe they don't want to shake today after all.

    ReplyDelete
  167. Been watching BSKS all day. I just haven't had the guts to buy it, but it keeps going up.

    ReplyDelete
  168. Stocks on serious watch:

    RAYS, STKO, WSML, and STEV

All four of these have some serious monkey business going on. At least 1 of the 4 should move large over the next 2 weeks.

    ReplyDelete
  169. Card - Which one is looking a good buy right now?
    RAYS, STKO, WSML, and STEV

    ReplyDelete
  170. Rohan, IMO, RAYS is looking like the best buy of the 4. The relative low volume action today is "textbook" for the start of a run. Tons of people have bids in the $1.40's hoping for a dip, so the probability of it tanking is highly unlikely. I think at this stage, there's probably an 75% chance it will hit at least $2.50.

    ReplyDelete
  171. RAYS is in launch mode. I don't know if we'll see the $1.50's again for a long time.

    ReplyDelete
  172. EMBA is being repumped by the UTOG guys for $1.5M. Might be a good one to follow along with RAYS.

No one seems to be buying the WSML promo. The language in the disclaimer was very fishy sounding. STEV has an $800K promo working as well. I think it will stall as a function of bad timing. Too many other big money promos are out there for this one to be successful right now IMO.

    ReplyDelete
  173. I'm expecting a brief Monday morning shake with RAYS (into the $1.50's) and then it starts to move higher. LEXG only had 1 shake during it's rise. I think they needed to do a double shake with RAYS because there aren't as many sellers (low volume tells that story) and it's harder to sucker in the shorts. Many of the short sellers are afraid to short a stock with this kind of promo budget at these levels.

    ReplyDelete
  174. Not much of a shake this morning in RAYS. I think at some point today you might see a volume surge push this into the upper $1.70's as the promoters ready this for a move past $2.

    ReplyDelete
  175. I'm watching ORSX closely. Tanked on the delisting, but has thin out significantly. Will move fast on any decent buying volume.

    ReplyDelete
  176. RAYS is easy money until $2.50. Once it get there, traders will then have to come up with a strategy on how to handle the next leg. If there were stocks like LEXG and RAYS once a quarter every year, you would never have to work.

    ReplyDelete
  177. Rohan, I'm riding RAYS and MILV. I'll probably bail from MILV at .10 (got in for the 2nd time in the upper .06s). I'm thinking of taking some profits in RAYS at the end of today (maybe sell half). They may try and shake it between ($2.50-$3.00). If they do and it starts to recover, I might backup the truck. The promo won't be done until vol hits at least 10M. We aren't near that number yet.

I need some big gains. My wife is literally 9 months pregnant. Baby needs a new pair of shoes:)

    ReplyDelete
  178. Card - I wanted to ride on RAYS since 1.55 but didn't get that confidence and hence missed the train. It's always a next time. :)
I will wait for your next nice pick. :)

    ReplyDelete
  179. Rohan, I sold half my RAYS at $2.49 since I saw it stalling a bit in that area. It looks bad now, but the volume still isn't critically high. This had to happen for it to move $5+. It probably dips in the morning and then will probably grind higher again. If it slowly churns past $2.35 again in the next couple of days, I would load the boat.

    ReplyDelete
  180. No dip at all in RAYS this morning. That's extremely bullish. It's starting to look golden again.

    ReplyDelete
  181. Rohan, it could still tank of course, but I was confident enough in the risk/ reward to buy back the shares I sold at $2.49 for $2.16 this morning. Probably a 75% chance now that this sees new highs by Monday.

    ReplyDelete
  182. Michael, the guy who runs STOA has been looking for takers to pump his stock for the past month or two (so I've heard). They are definitely looking to dump shares, but I think the chart will bring in more buyers. It's a little dangerous, but the risk/reward to .50 seems pretty good IMO.

    ReplyDelete
  183. Rohan, I initially thought APWR would be good for a buck by tomorrow, but it has run pretty hard today already. Hard to trade up here.

    ReplyDelete
  184. Card - What about LEXG? Does it look like a potential buy?

    ReplyDelete
