8-15-10 - LOI News Makes South Shore Resources (SSHO.PK) Perfect

It's been a while since I've had a post here on The Perfect Stock blog. I've been having a difficult time finding stocks truly worthy of perfect status. The last stock that fit the mold was LQMT.PK, which I talked about quite a bit in the comments section of my previous post. However, I never got a chance to do a full post on it. With perfect stocks being so rare, I've also posted in the past about stocks that I felt had just one perfect aspect (ie. a perfect chart). Well, this particular post will fit that mold and will focus on a stock that I believe just has "perfect news". South Shore Resources Inc. (SSHO.PK) is that stock.

South Shore Resources Inc. is a company engaged in the development of products which are committed to the reduction of harmful greenhouse gases and fuel savings with the use of Hydrogen Generating Modules and related accessories to the transportation and automotive industries.

The News

On Friday 8/13/10 after hours, SSHO.PK released major news where they announced that they had received a letter of intent (LOI) pursuant to which a private Ontario company wishes to purchase for $44 million, an exclusive 20 year license for use of SSHO's intellectual (Hydrogen on Demand) property.

The reason that I believe this news is perfect is because the company only has 44.6 million shares outstanding. The current share price of $0.12/share puts the market cap at a little over $5 million. This deal would be for almost 9 times the current current market cap, which could theoretically translate to over a $1.00/share.

Conclusion

Basically, you've got a low float stock that just released news that potentially values the company significantly higher than it currently sits. Bashers will say that it's only a letter of intent, we don't know a lot about the purchaser, and that is sounds too good to be true. I say that that's a perfect combination for speculation, which we all know is great for a stock. Another positive for SSHO.PK is that there doesn't appear to be any significant front loading on the stock, which generally means limited share dumping by paid marketers. Also, dilution shouldn't be much of an issue since shares have basically been maxed out with only 50 million shares authorized per there last quarterly report (see http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=34955 for details). Nothing is a guarantee in the stock market, but with the aftermarket and pre-market trading limitations for pink sheets stocks, along with all the things I've mentioned above, it should run on Monday even with a significant gap up. Who knows where the price eventually ends up, but in my opinion South Shore Resources, Inc. (SSHO.PK) has perfect news.

  1. Looks good, Card. I'm getting an order in, hopefully getting in at a decent price.

We'll see how big the gap is.

    ReplyDelete
  2. Card, Level 2 looks very nice for SSHO and there and I already see 5 pre-market trades have gone through although I don't know how they did that for an OTC.

What price would you say is too high to get into SSHO?

In case it gaps up too high or runs too quickly I don't want to chase you know?

You really think it could end up close to a dollar this week?

    Many Thanks

    ReplyDelete
  3. Wow. I totally underbid. What was the opening trade? Up almost 100% already!

    ReplyDelete
  4. Tim, I got some for 23 cents after setting my limit at 25 cents before the open. I knew the gap up would be pretty big watching the L2 this morning. It could retrace some like LQMT did initially with it's gap up, but I think it's going much higher.

P, 25 cents appears to be a key resistance area. If that goes, look out!

    ReplyDelete
  5. Card, I bet SSHO busts through .25. It's trading just LQMT prior to the key resistance of 93 cents was blown past.

Bullish pennant again, in my amateur opinion, before rocketing higher.

I put my bid in at 15 cents, a 25% gap from Friday. I do not have Level 2, so couldn't look any closer and there is no IHub activity to speak of. I was in the dark and just took a guess.

    ReplyDelete
  6. Tim, right now somebody's dumping shares of SSHO. The conservative play for this one would be to either have a buy ready on a break of 25 cents (1st resistance) or a break of 30 cents (2nd resistance). If the 30 cent break happens, then you'll know for certain that the stock is the real deal. I'm out for now until those things happen.

  7. I would like to add one further comment, a reflection on what I've found after becoming more active in researching penny stocks.

Every penny stock, apparently, is going to uplist after breaking $1.00, has the best CEO in the pink sheets, trades like a big board stock, moves up very easily on low volume, moves down on low volume either because of MM manipulation or because it is necessary to shake out the weak holders, and is generally going to sky rocket at any point.

Card and the rest, I appreciate all of the legitimate insight on here after seeing so much garbage elsewhere. How does anyone fall for the nonsense they see on IHub?--it's more transparent than the investment inquiries I receive from millionaires in Nigeria.

  8. P, I spent quite a bit of time looking at EXSA over the weekend. Part of the reason I didn't pull the trigger is because I tried to get some SSHO instead this morning.

The other part of the reason I didn't buy is I didn't see anything immediate on the horizon that made me think the price was going to spike, other than Friday's big move. I was hesitant about buying hoping for news or some other impetus for a spike after seeing the stock fail to launch after repeated attempts.

    ReplyDelete
  9. SSHO doesn't appear to have any legs. Is this just profit taking? The news really was perfect for a company like this.

For the record, I do not own a single share so I am not directly concerned. I might jump in if the price is right. I can't imagine the price dropping back down to 12 cents after a possible revenue stream of $44 million.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Tim, I think either management dumped a lot of their shares of SSHO or they went ahead and maxed out the authorized shares with dilution. I'm still keeping an eye on it, but it doesn't look very good at this point.

I noticed LQMT bounced about 10% once it hit that 75 cent support/resistance line, but it didn't hold. If it breaks below 75 cents, the 50's could be next. It's a good stock to follow from a technical standpoint because the places where the buyers may step in are pretty obvious. Right now it's being shorted heavily, but it'll bounce hard once the shorts start to cover.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Sorry, P. I didn't see your post. EXSA does look pretty good from a technical standpoint. The lack of trades and spread bothers me a bit, but it is worthy of being on my radar.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Card, look for EXSA to make a move this week or next. It's a low floater so when volume comes in it'll move fast.

Remember they are expecting multiple PRs and even the anticipation can have an effect.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Card, was SSHO a victim of the enormous gap up in the morning?

I remember that happening with another stock you mentioned, Spectrum Health. Gapped way up, people took profits, and the price drifted lower from there with no momentum to push it higher.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Yeah, the gap up killed SSHO Tim.

If anyone hadn't noticed, marijuana stocks have been on fire. MJNA has already exploded, but I think CMSI could catch up quickly when looking at it's technicals. Tomorrow could really be a monster for CMSI if it is able to close slightly over 3 cents.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Soon SSN will begin its next ***MAJOR*** leg upwards. Two new oil wells nearing completion and the rest of the 79 million in CASH is due in early September. If Israel takes out the reactor in Iran before the Russians instal nuclear fuel rods, then oil is going to skyrocket.

    ReplyDelete
  16. I picked up a little CRDC for $2.16/share. They inked a licensing deal with ISRG. We'll see if it works out.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Watching BSDM is depressing. I saw the news this morning and really thought it wouldn't be that big of a deal. FDA 510(k) clearance news is always the hardest to play. Half of them skyrocket and half of them tank.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Card, SSHO is now lower after releasing the news. That doesn't make much sense.

I don't own any, just an observation.

    ReplyDelete
  19. I saw that with SSHO Tim.

I guess instead of complaining about BSDM, I should have bought it. Unreal move today!

    ReplyDelete
  20. WAMUQ has been on fire the past couple of days and will be up big again today. IMO, the best way to play WAMUQ pops is with DIMEQ. If you have some patience, DIMEQ will easily double within 6 months. Its 1-year chart is a thing of beauty. Up 5300% in the past year. I'm slowing accumulating shares in DIMEQ for my long term portfolio.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Great article on SSN:

    http://caps.fool.com/Blogs/ssn-an-undiscovered-oil/435714

    ReplyDelete
  22. Tim, the shorts have now dug up some dirt on LQMT, which may continue to push the price down. I've already got my GTC order in at 33 cents just in case the MMs try to act swiftly to fill that gap. If we dip below 50 cents in the next few trading days, it'll get there sooner than later.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Card, I understand the concept of "fill the gap," but is there any rational reason for it happening? Or is just a self fulfilling prophecy?

    ReplyDelete
  24. Tim, it is hardly a delimna in my opinion. I put 40 grand of borrowed money into SSN back when it was 52 cents and I have ZERO worry about this stock.

You see the ONLY way Samson could not get rest of the $79 million is if there is a title problem for the land. But even then that would not cancel out the entire lease sale. Title searches are done all the time with very little negative outcome for most of them.

In addition, the purchase is legally binding and there were also MANY other companies that bid on the Niobrara land leases. If this one falls through they can sell a different partition and probably for an even more impressive price!

This is about as risk-free as a stock gets! A title problem is very unlikely and if there was it would only be a relatively short setback -- not doom.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Tim, I think "gap filling" more than anything is a trend that has occurred over the years as a uniform suggestion for a buyer and short covering entry point.

MM's can manipulate, but buyers and sellers in large numbers can be much more powerful. Lots of traders believe in the gap filling concept, so you know plenty of buyers will step in if it reaches that point.

    ReplyDelete
  26. KHGT looks like easy money today on the breakout.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Card, I was just logging in to post that LQMT continues its move downward and that maybe your GTC order will be filled and then saw your post on KHGT.

How are you going to make your call on an exit point? It has a 52 week high over $2.00, but that was a long, long time ago.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Tim, KHGT is the product of a massive pump job. That scares me too much for a long time hold. It moved pretty big yesterday too. I'll be totally out of it today hopefully in the 40 cents range.

LQMT is getting closer and closer to that gap. With all the shorting, I'm expecting it to have a monstrous bounce once it gets there.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Nice all on EXSA as well, P. It's continuing to move up, slow and steady.

I'm going to give LQMT another try if it maintains its current course, after missing out by a half a penny on the monster run up.

    ReplyDelete
  30. IDLM is another company I'm looking at. Good business model and just reported a good quarter, but the price continues downward.

Currently at 20 cents, 52 week high of $2.20. Not sure if it would make a better bottom play, or if looking for a breakout above 32 cents would be the way to go.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Tim, watch TXHE as well. It has a nice breakout chart working on volume. I just picked up some.

    ReplyDelete
  32. That's one hell of a chart, Card. Good luck with TXHE.

    ReplyDelete
  33. P, the only explanation for for MSOA's spike is short covering. XYNH gains big and falls hard. Be careful with it.

I picked up a little KATX in the high 13's. Gold is rocking right now. Hopefully with the gold news they just released, it'll see the low 20's again.

    ReplyDelete
  34. IDLM up 30% today to 30 cents. If it breaks 32 cents, looks like a breakout to me.

    ReplyDelete
  35. I rolled the dice on DMGM this morning. I thought I was chasing it, so I didn't mention it here. I got in at $0.0075. After reading a bit, the filings say a $2/share buyout. It sounds too good to be true, but if it is true, it's potentially a monster.

    ReplyDelete
  36. I sold DMGM at 5 cents because I thought I was getting greedy. I'm hoping for a big shake back to the .025-.03 cents range to buy back in because the intraday chart does have a gap there.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Card, I don't even know what to say about DMGM.

I hope you made out like a bandit, otherwise, it might turn into your VRLMQ if you got out too early.

    ReplyDelete
  38. SSN news out!

Mega cash deal - done deal. Wraps up just after Labor Day.

Two new wells almost done -- one in Sept., one in Oct.

Third one to begin in September.

Next, look for a joint venture with all the cash to farm out rest of Niobrara!

    ReplyDelete
  39. Frank, you've been spot on with SSN. I have it as well as two other stocks in my long term portfolio. My three favorite long term hold money stocks (meaning I'll comfortably hold for 6 months or longer) is SSN, DIMEQ, and FOSL.

I don't talk about long term hold stocks much on this site, but I would not be surprised if FOSL went from $46 to $100 in the next 6 months.

    ReplyDelete
  40. P, Ihub's BB's Stock Haven board was one place I saw DMGM. Regarding SEC filings, there's no good way that I know of keeping up with all the SEC filings besides periodically going to the EDGAR/SEC website.

I'm still holding on to my DMGM shares from my 2nd buy at $0.057. I was expecting a bit of a dip, so 9 cents was my "get out" point. It only dropped to 10 cents so I must be "living right". I'm still hoping for the 40's until I'm out for good though.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Card,

Glad you are in SSN and thanks for mentioning DIMEQ & FOSL. I will have to check them out!

SSN is holding up well today on a down market. Last nights news is really just confirmation that THE NEWS will be reality very soon. When the tens of millions hit the bank account after Labor Day then SSN future is instantly bright. And these two new wells appear to be going very nicely. When they are done soon then SSN will be profitable with tons of loot to rapidly grow.

    ReplyDelete
  42. My 40's don't look to be coming in DMGM. I'm out totally at 19 cents. With my buys at .0075 and .057, it's still by far my most successful trade ever. So, no complaints.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Card, I think BFHJ is about to take off. The float is mostly all soaked up and it's a relatively low floater. Company has said they won't increase share count.

They have 2 casinos and are going to launch an online gaming site soon.

    What do you think?

    ReplyDelete
  44. Card, so breaking the 52 week is always a technical breakout and ALWAYS a bullish sign?

I was just thinking if a stock had tons of buying leading up to that point then profit taking would be inevitable.

    ReplyDelete
  45. P, I wouldn't say "always" because a lot of other different things must be factor in. Remember, there are no "guarantees", "absolutes", or "always" in the stock market. For example, in the scenario that you mentioned, it would not be a bullish sign.

    ReplyDelete
  46. I've been waiting for a decent shake in INOL all morning to get in, but it's not happening.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Card, HOW to we get in gems like INOL before they take off??

I notice their volume is more than 10X the 60 day average but at the open it wasn't. Do you know how to set up a screener to detect massive surges in volume at market OPEN?

The amazing thing is we could've gotten in close to yesterday's close at today's open! It didn't gap up huge at the open. Many times these gems gap up so much that you would've had to have gotten in the day BEFORE but not here.

    Many thanks

    ReplyDelete
  48. P, the only way is to see the news early and buy at the open. Most of the time you can tell when news is really big. This one sneaked under the radar a bit because not many people (including me) understood how big Plavix is.

This one has so much interest, it could run tomorrow too. I finally got some at $0.035 even though I saw it moving under a penny. I was trying not to buy at the top, but the MMs just wouldn't "shake the tree" like I thought they would.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Card, when I saw your post about INOL it was at .035 so obviously I should've gotten in but I didn't.

Someone could even get in now at around .06 and it could go back up to .11 again but as you know it's not worth the risk when it's up this month.

My live chart is giving me a sell indicator now for INOL anyway but of course that can change every few minutes or hour.

    ReplyDelete
  50. P, stocks are valued at whatever buyers and sellers it's valued. If people don't really believe the 2 dollar buyout will happen, then it'll never get anywhere close to that number.

I got out of INOL this morning. CMGR looks to be another wild runner. I'm curious to see where that one goes today. I nibbled a little in the 6's just in case.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Ryanpass, they did a massive split so there are only about 6 million shares outstanding now. That's why it is running so easily with volume.

    ReplyDelete
  52. DMGM, INOL, and now CMGR is exactly why people play penny stocks. These mega runs in penny stocks run in cycles and bunches. Be on the look out for more because this type of action usually last a 2 or 3 weeks. You can make a lot of money in a very short period of time.

    ReplyDelete
  53. I'm now out of CMGR. My 20's just got hit. Man, I wish I had the guts to back up the truck on these plays.

P, I find these stocks through my scans.

    ReplyDelete
  54. Card, I've been trying to get a good penny stock scan forever now and all I can find is just looking for stocks with highs in 30 day or 60 day volume but then you get a lot of results to sift through.

Plus you have to find these at the open and they don't reach 30 day or 60 day highs in volulme at the open.

Can you please e-mail on how to do that properly if you don't want to post it? I'd even be willing to Paypal you something once I use it and find a big winner with.

    Thanks

    ReplyDelete
  55. Along with what P said....

Card, you are more times right with your picks than you are wrong.. I have watched you pick stocks for a while now (since PIR, dont know if that was the first one or not)

why not sell what you have? people would be willing to pay for whatever research or software or whatever it is you use to pick the stocks you pick... and even if everyone used what you use, your still making money off the stocks...

just a thought! I have always said that if I ever get into something right when you mention it and it goes up I would be clicking on that paypal button you set up...

good work anyways! keep them coming!

    ReplyDelete
  56. Ryannpass, since you've mentioned it, I'm in the process of creating an information based business call "Stock Homework". Basically, I want to charge people 29.99 - $39.99/month and in return, I'll send them daily updates of stocks (both big board and otcbb/pinks) before and during market hours addressing the following:

    - Stocks getting pumped
    - Stocks with chart breakouts or momo
    - Stocks with potentially big news

It'll still be up to people to pick what stocks they want to buy, but I'll be able to let people quickly know what stocks to radar and why without them spending so much time searching on their own.

Once, I get a decent format, I'd like to use a few people as test subjects as means of creating the best product possible. I guess it would be a "free trial".

Send me an email at cardlynn@yahoo.com if you're interested. Hopefully, you'll like it and be willing to sign up for the service as a paying customer once I really get it going.

    ReplyDelete
  57. Friday is the last day to get on the SSN train before it leaves the station for the next level! Lease sale deal closes Tuesday.

    ReplyDelete
  58. I'm going to the beach for the holidays and won't be back until Wednesday. Good luck to you guys on Tuesday.

SSN is almost breaking out again. A finish at $1.41 or higher is extremely bullish after consolidating for month.

    ReplyDelete
  59. Tim, so you are trying to buy GTLL at .0001. You realize you could end up waiting forever?

Eventually it will probably go up. You can do the same thing with several .0001 stocks.

I see you haven't gotten filled yet at .0001 since there has only been 3 orders today and none at .0001.

    ReplyDelete
  60. Yep, fully aware.

It has touched .0001 a few times the past month, so I have a GTC order ready in case it touches down again.

I see this as a rather small play. If something better presents itself, I have other funds to use.

    ReplyDelete
  61. RDCM has a ridiculous 6 month chart. However, it's too risky to buy now.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  63. Card, I saw SOBM just before you posted about it. There is a very good chance there are HUGE things coming for them this month. I tried to post about it before but got a "blogger error".

They are having institutional buyers and big news this month which could propel the PPS to .50 to a dollar. There are many shareholders who are holding from when the PPS was over a dollar 2 years ago and they are looking to at least break even!

So this is not a day trade or swing trade but a hold for this month but I think it could likely be well worth it.

So Card, do you agree with my price projections for SOBM this month?

    ReplyDelete
  64. P, to be honest, there are very few penny stocks that I am willing to hold for a month. SOBM has had a nice run and is already up about 90% in the past week. It hasn't had a down day in 7 straight trading days. Despite what looks to be solid fundamentals, the things I've mentioned above make it a little too risky for me hold. However, 50 cents is in the realm of possibility.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Looks like the shorts are finally covering NVLT. With the chart gap, a minimum of 10 cents looks almost certain with volume.

    ReplyDelete
  66. I don't know what happened to Bighoper P.

KELLQ might be another to throw some lotto money into. It has a tiny float and had news last Friday that's just getting noticed.

    ReplyDelete
  67. HAHA! Yet again I miss out! Damn! Im going to make this my homepage so I see the posts first thing in the morning!

    Good Job yet again!

    ReplyDelete
  68. so for a $500 investment at .001 I could have had 500,000 shares and sold them an hour later for $.05 thats like a $24,500 return....

    ReplyDelete
  69. for something like this Im almost willing to buy you and P a blackberry and add me to your BB Messenger to keep me updated!

    ReplyDelete
  70. I lucked up on KELLQ. I bought some at .007, but I didn't do a very good job profit taking. I only netted a little more than a double.

Believe me, I have my share of misses as well.

    ReplyDelete
  71. I have my eye on HMIT. It failed to break resistance at .001 but with news out today and a name change tomorrow, it might bust on through.

Apparently, the change in CUSIP number will force shorts to cover. (I don't understand why, but this appears to be the rule.)

I'm interested to hear others' thoughts.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Keep an eye on MGQG. Merger news with a very low float.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Sorry Card, I meant VCTY looks like it will break .01 soon.

    ReplyDelete
  74. P, I haven't followed VCTY all that closely, but it does look like it might have some potential.

    ReplyDelete
  75. I'm watching BTDG and DANR closely today.

    ReplyDelete
  76. GTLL is also looking good today. A double on large volume.

    ReplyDelete
  77. Card, I saw somewhere else that the offer was .15 a share. No source was given for the info.

    ReplyDelete
  78. P, it dropped down to .0001 a couple of times this week, but I have not yet been the lucky recipient of some shares.

GTLL has been fairly predictable, so unless something changes drastically, I expect my order to be filled pretty soon.

    ReplyDelete
  79. Hey, What do you guys use to trade? Im trying to use TDwaterhouse but any Pink or OTC stock I have to call in... I would rather just be able to click and away I go....

    ReplyDelete
  80. Ryannpass, I use Merrill Lynch (it use to be Banc of America, which a subsidiary of Bank of America). They automatically switch it to Merrill Lynch during the merger.

They are okay. It's $5/trade, but I'm still trying to get use to the format it has.

MGQG is looking like the real deal. I bought it again at $0.088 on the dip.

    ReplyDelete
  81. Ryan, I use Charles Schwab. Most penny stocks are in play without any assistance needed, but if you're looking to millions of shares of subpennies, you need to call for approval.

Trades are $7.95 and the help I get on the phone is terrific.

I just received a new online trading system Schwab StreetSmart Pro that has real time quotes for pennies, level 2 views, and charts. I'm getting used to it, but I like it so far.

    ReplyDelete
  82. Ryan, TD Waterhouse doesn't exist anymore since Ameritrade bought them out and now they are TD Ameritrade. So what did you mean??

With Ameritrade you don't have to call in at all on 99% of pennies. If there is problem in the history of a penny then you may have to call in but 99% of them I never have to call in.

It's Scottrade that makes you call in for many pennies.

    ReplyDelete
  83. TDwaterhouse is still here in Canada... Must have only changed over in America...

seems like any buy or sell I put in for stock that is less than a penny I have to call in, and wait on hold for at least 20 minutes...

not to mention its $29 a buy and $29 a sell...

    ReplyDelete
  84. Card, congrats on SSN being one of your long term holds. It is getting VERY exciting! We are holding pure gold with this stock. There is hardly any case for downside risk no matter what the market does.

And get this! Over the weekend it has been discovered that CHK is likely the company that bought the Goshen leases! They have the resources and equipment to RAPIDLY develop that land and the free money from royalties will start flowing, not to mention the investor attention!

This little oiler can to some extent play out to mirror BEXP's chart last year. We could see almost $10 per share in just over one year!

    ReplyDelete
  85. I'm still rolling with MGQG. The float is just too low and market cap is only about 3 million. I can't seem to part with it for anything less than 25 cents.

SMHS had a massive pump job this weekend (the fundamentals are terrible though). I watch it for a while and decide to jump in. It should be fairly safe today and maybe tomorrow with all the volume, but anything beyond that is a huge risk.

    ReplyDelete
  86. Ryanpass, I'm still holding. There aren't many runners today. So, I suspect that a lot of traders may jump into whatever "looks the best" at some point. This one seems like a decent candidate.

    ReplyDelete
  87. seems like I may have got filled at close to the High of day! hahahaha It was worth a shot

  88. Ryanpass, I jumped ship at .009. I bought at the open at .0085 and wanted to stay in the green. At that point the risk outweighed the reward to me.

    ReplyDelete
  89. ICBU looks like a nice reverse merger play. Hoping for 2 cents.

    ReplyDelete
  90. P, ICBU hasn't PR'd anything, but filings show that they just did a name change to a company that that reported does a couple million in revenue a year. That's where the reverse merger rumors are coming from. ICBU has a low float, but several hundred thousand shares outstanding. That is why I said 2 cents.

    ReplyDelete
  91. Card, great call on DCLT. I looked just a couple minutes after open and the ask was already at .06. I see there were a few trades at .0409 but that was as soon as market opened?

Did you get in today and if so at what price? Do you agree it would've been tough to get in at open under .06?

    ReplyDelete
  92. Card, SLPT is a CONFIRMED reverge merger play and there is a good chance it could explode. We're talking .10 to .30 or maybe higher!

It's not a letter of intent or anything but a done deal so we just have to wait for PR but look for it to come very soon!

    ReplyDelete
  93. P, I got in DCLT at .044, but I didn't like the way it traded. So, I got out at a small loss. It could come back, but I figured something better would come along.

How do you know SLPT is a merger possibility with no PR and no SEC filing?

    ReplyDelete
  94. Card, I found about SLPT through an e-mail contact. I know that doesn't mean anything to you but you should know the float is ULTRA low here. Only 6 million and that's why it's moving so fast!

I got in mostly at .03 so I'm already up 200% now since it is at .09 now! The PR about the RM is due to come by end of this week to next week and when it does .20 to .50 is definitely possible!

I'm just SOOOOOO pissed that I missed out out those 10 to 50 baggers like MSOA, DMGM, INOL, and CMGR! This might not be as big as those but it looks like it will still be huge compared to your average penny!

    ReplyDelete
  95. Card, SLPT was owned by M.Anthony who is a renowned shell owner and RM specialist.

There is now new contact info, new CEO/staff, and a new share structure. Those are all the trademarks of a reverse merge so now it's just waiting for the PR since all the signs are there that a RM has been completed.

Plus you see how easily this movies with an ULTRA low float. Only 3 MMs could indicate there are not many shares available. It's just like with many other things in pennyland when there are good signs but you may have to take a little chance as well.

If you want to get in now they've lowered the ask and bit and you can keep your fingers on the trigger if you want to bail at anytime. You or anyone could just put a little play money in if you don't want to risk too much.

    ReplyDelete
  96. P, today looks like a typical low volume/ high percentage pullback for SLPT. I might throw a little money at it if it sees 5 cents or lower today.

    ReplyDelete
  97. Card, SLPT dropped to .06/.07 now. You might want to throw a little something at it here because look at where the MM are. FANC is at .20, CSTI at .32, and AUTO at $2.00! Even in the worst case this goes to around .20 at the very least once the run starts. It could break .50!

You could try to put in an order at the bid or inbetween like at .065.

You know when it lines up the way the MM are with it being a low floater and mostly all buys the past 2 days it's a very good sign. Plus this has been dormant since July with NO trading and now it's starting to wake up! It doesn't wake up to go down you know?

    ReplyDelete
  98. SOLOPOINT INC (Public, PINK:SLPT) ????

    ReplyDelete
  99. Yeah Ryan that's it. Why so many question marks??

MSOA, INOL, and DMGM are also pinks and they ran 1000% to 5000% in the past month.

Hope you at least put some play money in at .06 or so. .20 to .50 by next week is very possible. Perhaps higher. It could go longer than next week but I doubt it.

    ReplyDelete
  100. Card, it's funny you mention TBJK since I got an order in for that right now!

Ryan, try and put your SLPT order in for about .08 since that's inbetween the bid/ask and hopefully you get filled. But watch it closely since just a few buys at .10 will raise the ask and you'll have raise yours accordingly.

SLPT is a low floater so it moves quickly and it doesn't take much buying at all. But don't be impatient as things should happen next week!

    ReplyDelete
  101. SLPT finally filled me for 2000 @ .10

these are hard to get... hopefully a good sign of things to come?!

    ReplyDelete
  102. Great job Ryan. Just be patient and next week things will head north.

    ReplyDelete
  103. Card, do you think TBJK is done after announcing that reverse split? At least done for a while?

I already got out and I hope I didn't get out too soon. I only got out since I saw it crashing like a rock.

    ReplyDelete
  104. P, I think TBJK is done. I got out at the open.

I'm kicking myself about BFRE. I've been watching it for weeks, but never pulled the trigger.

    ReplyDelete
  105. Card, did you jump in on SLPT today? is one of those buys yours?

    ReplyDelete
  106. VHC is insane. I was a fool for not buying it on the breakout 3 or 4 weeks ago. It's not like I haven't been watching it.

    ReplyDelete
  107. Card, glad to see you got in SLPT, slight misspelling on your post but I've done that too. We just have to wait for this to hit the wires and I would think .20 would come pretty easily and who knows from there?

It also may take a week or 2 for the company to announce something to further help us but I wouldn't mind holding.

    ReplyDelete
  108. Card, ICOA just came out with news today and this is a chance for a pullback at .0008/.0009. What do you think?

    ReplyDelete
  109. P, MBST and KSQR are both pump jobs. To me, the pure "pumps" haven't been working recently so I'm staying away from those for now unless the pump has undeniable strength. As far as ICOA, I don't trade 4 decimal place stocks so I haven't been following it, but it doesn't look too bad from a technical standpoint.

    ReplyDelete
  110. Card, I don't mean to make too many posts but I think I really found one this time. BFHJ opened up all the way at .0105 and now has pulled back to .0054! It has bounced from .0045 and everything indicates it's heading back up to a penny!

I'd just get a few shares to try it out. I'm upset about this since I posted on it when it was around .001 but then I bailed and it took off a few weeks later!

    ReplyDelete
  111. How long is it going to take to see gains/new ticker for SLPT? news out today (not on the major wires yet) but still not much interest..

later today? this week? next week?

    Thanks guys.

    ReplyDelete
  112. Ryanpass, I'm going to have a little patience with SLPT. I think it'll really start to move with an official PR from one of the major press release sites.

HBWO is looking pretty good today as well after a bit of a slow start.

    ReplyDelete
  113. I was really wanting to buy AUMN at $16, but it just won't dip.

    ReplyDelete
  114. Card, I think CWNR could be a winner. It could hit a dollar or close to it this week. What do you think?

It's being heavily promoted as well as having some good fundamentals.

    ReplyDelete
  115. P, CWNR is interesting. My only concern with it is that it opened really high today. It probable won't reach anywhere close to that opening price today. That makes for a big red candle on the chart, which often times signals a temporary top. It may defy the odds though. If you want to see a weird chart that defies the odds, check out the candlestick chart of NESS. It is the only stock I've ever seen climb that much on so many red candles.

    ReplyDelete
  116. It's so tempting to continue to buy gold up here, but I think it is about to take a hit very soon. I think once the DOW hits 11000, the market will retrace a bit along with the precious metals.

    ReplyDelete
  117. I have the same feeling, Card. I know a run up will occur after the midterm elections and would love a buying opportunity before then.

    ReplyDelete
  118. Where is Frank on SSN? He was talking about it like it's the greatest thing since sliced bread!

They halted trading a few weeks ago and Frank said something about how it would explode once they started trading again. I'd like to hear his explanation on SSN.

    ReplyDelete
  119. Hey everyone, I have been regularly visiting this site for the past year. It's a great market resource to say the least. On Frank's pump, I also invested in SSN and have since been obsessed with it's day-to-day operations.

From my understanding, SSN is a medium to long play. The days of quick returns *may* be over. It looks to me right now, all of the $0.60 investors are cashing in their profits. There has been nothing but good news & bright futures, so nothing justifying a drop like this other then simple profit taking. I am going long on SSN. I believe that within a year the stock could easily hit $2.00 maybe even $3.00. No guarantee but I have seen very few companies with as many positives going for them as SSN. At least thats the way I see it. If anyone else believes differently, please explain why.

    Thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  120. Tim, I agree with Elias, SSN is a medium to long term play and a lot of people have been cashing out this past week. I also believe it'll come back, but the quick gains maybe over.

If anybody ever questioned the power of the "pump", check out IVVI this morning. 3 or 4 sites released the pick at 9:30 this morning and it went from .002 to 14 cents in like 10 minutes. I didn't see it until it was already at 5 cents. At that point it was too risky to chase.

    ReplyDelete
  121. But Card CWNR was pumped by about 3 sites too and it briefly spiked to 85 cents from the 30something cent range and now has been trading in the 40 cent range mostly.

CWNR doesn't even really qualify as a winner because it opened near the high so once the pump was issued it was too late to get in since the pump was issued AFTER close.

WHO are the sites who promoted IVVI for a 70 bagger??!?

You know pumps don't normally work nearly that great!! We need to get in on those!!

    ReplyDelete
  122. Ryanpass, you need to give SLPT this entire month. Look how low the float is and how thin level 2 is!

Any kind of activity will take us to .15 to .10 plus! Up next we have 1 MM at .20 and 1 at .31! Rarely do you see pennies that thin!!

    ReplyDelete
  123. P, www.stocksgonewild.com was the first site that I know of to pump IVVI. However, many others followed suit.

    ReplyDelete
  124. Ryanpass, I agree with P. SLPT might take another month.

    ReplyDelete
  125. Card, SLPT should be worth the wait. When a stock that is that thin with such a low float awakes it's a thing of beauty!

    ReplyDelete
  126. I just bought CBIS for Monday. The chart looks really good.

    ReplyDelete
  127. Card, the chart does look great for CBIS. What time frame do you usually look at or do you look at multiple time frames? Like the 6 month and 10 day charts or which?

    ReplyDelete
  128. P, I generally like to look at 3 and 6 month charts.

    ReplyDelete
  129. Wow, Card I didn't get a chance to get CBIS because you posted it just 3 minutes before close on Friday and I didn't see your post before the market closed.

That's why can you please send them out in alerts? I keep my gmail constantly open and it instantly delivers e-mail so I would've gotten your alert. But it's a pain to constantly refresh this site dozens and dozens of times a day you know?

It's just easier to get an alert that you can act on it right away and you have my gmail.

    ReplyDelete
  130. P, after posting a comment, you can subscribe to follow up e-mails when any other comments are added.

    ReplyDelete
  131. Card, did you see QSGIQ?? It's up 150% today! That's what we need. It seems they had bankruptcy reorganizing on Friday afternoon and they did it without losing common shares. But there was no PR about it!

How are we supposed to find out about it then?

    P.S. Tim, thanks for that.

    ReplyDelete
  132. P, I had a limit order of 16 cents at the open for QSGIQ, but of course it never got filled. It closed Friday at .115 and opened today at .24. That was just too big of a gap up for me to chase.

    ReplyDelete
  133. I just bought USCS and CYGX as chart plays. I'm hoping for CBIS like results.

    ReplyDelete
  134. Card, CWNR announced a 2 for 1 split yesterday after close!

Unfortunately I only hold a very small amount of shares but a few bucks is better than nothing.

Where do you see the stock price heading now that they've announced the split? When will the split take place since I don't think it said that in the PR?

    ReplyDelete
  135. It's hard to say P. Most traders don't like split announcements for penny stocks, but I've seen stocks move higher because of them as well. I'd take a wait and see approach and decide accordingly.

    ReplyDelete
  136. Boy solar stocks have been on fire the past few trading days. SPIR looks to be the best of the bunch after some CNBC pump. With a float that low, it should hit $8 at some point this week.

    ReplyDelete
  137. Anything looking good tomorrow? I am tempted to pour my money into Cicso but that would be so boring.

    ReplyDelete
  138. Tim, technical breakout trades are working really well right now. This generally happens in pennies when little happens on the news front. GTGP looks good for a pop.

    ReplyDelete
  139. TTNP has been looking good the past couple of days based on the positive news released.

    ReplyDelete
  140. Thanks Card but YOU are the master at this. I think CWNR is a combination of a short squeeze and anticipation of the forward split. It still could have some ups and downs but I think it should reach a dollar in the next week or 2.

I'm still looking for that HUGE winner. You know, ones like MSOA, DMGM, INOL, and CMGR.

Those went anywhere from 1000% to 5000% in less than a day!

I'm still SOOOOOOO upset I missed out on those since my account still badly needs revival! When you make your picks can you please state if you think it has potential to be a doubler or a multi-bagger or even a 10 bagger?

    Many thanks

    ReplyDelete
  141. P, Add FGBF to the list. $.005 to $.35 in just over 2 days. I actually saw it Tuesday, but forgot to follow it.

    ReplyDelete
  142. WOW, Card that is AMAZING! Those are the partial life changers I'm talking about! Where did you find FGBF??

    ReplyDelete
  143. P, I found it just like all the others by periodically searching message boards from various sites.

    ReplyDelete
  144. FGBF up nearly 90% this morning.. ridiculous.

    ReplyDelete
  145. Card, what on EARTH has caused FGBF to be a 90 bagger in the past week?? It's up again today OVER 100%! WHAT the @*#$ is causing it??

BTW, I got out of CWNR yesterday at $1.01 and my entry was .51 about a week earlier. But I had such a tiny amount of money in it you would laugh if you knew how small it was. If I had more funds available I would've loaded the boat.

    ReplyDelete
  146. Card, what do you think of BEHL? It is .0006 now and at its 52 wk. low and it looks like it's ready to bounce!

Level 2 is VERY thin! There is only 1 MM and then .002! It looks like this could double to quadruple next week. The 52 wk. high is .039.

I know you said you don't like .000x stocks but this looks like it could be an exceptional chance so if someone gave you some extra money to play with what do you think of BEHL?

    ReplyDelete
  147. Hey guys,

SLPT looks like it may have combined with Borneo Energy... people are saying it could be a pretty sweet ride... Im thinking of adding more shares to my holding... maybe THIS will be my one! haha

    thanks again P and CARD....

    http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SLPT/news/?id=22866

    ReplyDelete
  148. P, BEHL looks to have been shorted and diluted quite a bit over the last year. It could be due for a bounce, but I personally feel that momentum plays are better and safer in the current market.

I almost did a post on GTGP over weekend, but couldn't quite find enough definitive info to make it "perfect". I still think it hits 10 cents at some point within the next 2 weeks though.

    ReplyDelete
  149. I hate that I missed out on PIP. Incredible move the past 3 trading days.

    ReplyDelete
  150. PIP, SFIO, PCIO all looked over on the weekend, didnt buy any of them in the AM... :(

    ReplyDelete
  151. I feel your pain i. All three look pretty good this morning too especially SFIO.

    ReplyDelete
  152. Card, what do you think about the medical marijuana stocks right now? Any of them have more room to run? MJNA or CMSI hasnt popped like the others
GRNH, CBIS, PCIO.. all have had a min of 300%

    ReplyDelete
  153. i, IMO the risk outweighs the reward in buying a pot stock now. During the last marijuana run, there were one or two stocks in the sector that didn't move as much as the others. I think now is no different.

    ReplyDelete
  154. Card, one of us should've gotten SFIO! Why didn't you make a post on it? It didn't move too fast or anything. By 10 AM ET it was still only a penny.

I wish one of us found it in time!

    ReplyDelete
  155. Rare earth stocks are blazing this morning (NANX, REE, SHZ). I'm trying to find an OTC one that may be under the radar. If anybody knows of one, let me know.

    ReplyDelete
  156. Card, can you PLEASE put price projections in for your picks? Obviously we won't hold you to it but just your estimate? SIGO is unbelievable but I saw it .10 and I didn't want to chase since it was already up 150% but it's now at .20 so I would've gotten a doubler out of it in less than half an hour!!

I thought it might fizzle out since it was already up so high and all for an iphone charger?? They already have enough of those on the market! WHY the huge gain for another one??

    ReplyDelete
  157. P, SIGO is purely a low float momo play. The news really isn't that special. I got it at $0.008. I'm hoping for 4-5 cents.

    ReplyDelete
  158. Card, can you PLEASE mention next time if it's low float play and other special characteristics? Maybe give us some clue as to the potential please?

I could've gotten in at .01 but I didn't want to chase! That's the number one cardinal sin!

    ReplyDelete
  159. I had every opportunity to buy SHZ yesterday. I saw it, considered it, but just didn't pull the trigger:(

SIGO made up for it though. I sold it at $.038.

    ReplyDelete
  160. I guess I sold SIGO way too soon. It's hitting 6's now.

    ReplyDelete
  161. Card, SIGO is the kind of stock that makes you want to jump off a cliff! Up over a 1000% for a useless iphone charger when millions of those already exist!!What price you sell SIGO?

Can you please add a comment to your picks whether the stock is a low floater or not and where you think it will go? OTCmarket.com doesn't usually tell you float, just AS and/or OS.

    ReplyDelete
  162. FLKI is another low floater with news. If volume comes this afternoon, it could hit $0.50+ if people believe the $1.50/share offer that's on the table.

    ReplyDelete
  163. Card, you still FLKI right? It's just that if's kind of hovering in the .14/.175 area. Level 2 is thin, plus it's a low floater, plus the with buyout offer of $1.50you don't see this crashing back down right? You only see this heading up the rest of this week and into Monday?

    ReplyDelete
  164. P, FLKI looks to be fading. All the momo seems to have gone. I'm not really trusting it right now.

I think CHGS may be a better play. It's consolidating in $2.20 and the chart is setting up nicely for a follow up day tomorrow. It's day 1 for CHGS and most of the other Rare Earth plays have moved at least 2 days in a row. I think a lot of the SHZ profits will be moved there.

    ReplyDelete
  165. wow, SIGO... wtf, damn card i saw ur post and it was up already 270%.. i said o well, and went back to sleep lol

    ReplyDelete
  166. Card, don't you think FLKI may have life after all? It's holding pretty well and you think it could go higher later this week or next week?

CHGS, on the other hand, had gone down to $2 from when you alerted at $2.20.

    ReplyDelete
  167. Card buddy, check out HIMR. She is thin! Only 2 MM to .02 and she's only .0013/.0014 now! What do you think?

BTW, I think FLKI may have some life after all. You think so? It's a low floater plus the buyout offer is there.

    ReplyDelete
  168. I've been away most of the day P. You may be right about FLKI, but traders just haven't been buying the buyout or valuation rumors much recently in the penny stocks. That makes me hesitant. I jumped into NACF today instead. I love the chart as a reversal and history shows that it doesn't take much volume to move it a lot. I've got a 12-13 cent target for the next couple of days.

    ReplyDelete
  169. What about UWBK... has had a nice run in the last couple days.. anymore life in it?

    ReplyDelete
  170. Card, NACF chart looks great and I got in as well. Hopefully we can get to .12 tomorrow or Monday at the latest.

    ReplyDelete
  171. What do yall like about the chart? Just curious. I don't see anything that excites me.

Are you expecting a pop after the downward trend has leveled out?

    ReplyDelete
  172. i, UWBK sneaked past me. It's had 4 nice juicy candles on the candlestick chart the past 4 days. When I see that happen with big board stocks, it usually (but not always) does a "gap and tank" the next day. I personally wouldn't trust it unless I was planning to sell at the open tomorrow.

    ReplyDelete
  173. Tim! Most every indicator is pointing up on the NACF chart. Can't you see that??

We've also had mostly all buys today. Momo is building!

    ReplyDelete
  174. P, I see the 20 day moving average leveling out and the 50 day continuing to decline.

And looking at the daily chart, the red candles exceed the green ones.

I do see that the last two days might be signaling a reversal.

I am new to charting, though, so that is why I asked what yall were seeing that I wasn't.

    ReplyDelete
  175. Card, you still like NACF right? It almost broke .08 today but not quite. The good news is it had mostly all buys.

Don't you expect it to break out either tomorrow or Monday?

    ReplyDelete
  176. P, I still like NACF. I hoping for a big move today.

Is anybody buying the RITT hype? 200K float is the claim.

    ReplyDelete
  177. Because of what happened with LIVE yesterday, practically every big board stock with 3 million shares or less outstanding is up big today.

    ReplyDelete
  178. WOW Card, it's very rare for a big board stock to go up 400% in a day!! What caused that?? I know about their custom video option release to their InstantVideo Solution but that was a week ago.

    ReplyDelete
  179. P, LIVE was just a coordinated pump. You could send these low floaters sky high if you have a big enough group participating to push it up.

I bought RITT in the pre-market for $3.39. I got impatient and sold for just under 4 bucks. Boy That was a mistake!

    ReplyDelete
  180. Card, NACF looks good. Don't you think it will really break out on Monday and get past .10 and to that 50 MA of .12. Maybe higher?

    ReplyDelete
  181. Card, NACF is closing nicely. Don't expect it to have a strong opening Monday morning and break .10 within the first half hour or so of the morning? Then it should break .12 sometime Monday morning?

BTW, did you see SAEIE?? I saw it on the pullback at .02 but I never expected it break .04 when it rebounded! It was up over 300% for the day! THAT is what we need!

    ReplyDelete
  182. Card, that should say "Don't YOU expect it" LOL

    ReplyDelete
  183. I think so P.

I'm going to roll the dice and hold DUNR and EONC over the weekend. Hopefully at least one will pan out and have a big Monday.

    ReplyDelete
  184. What about NSMG.. it has a history of being down in October/November then creeping back up during the storm season April/May.. looks like any easy 100%

    ReplyDelete
  185. i, you want to wait 6 months for 100%??!?

Card finds 100% picks to 1000% picks and more that do that in a few HOURS!

    Card you ROCK buddy!!

    ReplyDelete
  186. yea.. its easy to find 100-1000% picks AFTER they go up that high...

    ReplyDelete
  187. i, NSMG doesn't look too bad right now. I'd like to see a little more confirmation of an uptrend starting, but it's not a bad play at these levels at all.

Don't pay P any mind. I only wish I was as good as he sometimes makes me out to be. Generally, I'm pretty humble, but I do appreciate his compliment though.

    ReplyDelete
  188. Card, how do you feel about NACF heading into Monday? It should open in the .09s and break .10 pretty quickly and then hopefull get to the 50 MA of .12 pretty quickly?

    ReplyDelete
  189. P, I like NACF for 10's, but 12's might be tough after so many up days in a row.

    ReplyDelete
  190. Thank you Card! Trust me I know you are a smart trader. I just tried contributing something because we all shouldn't depend on you for a pick.. should be a group effort.

    ReplyDelete
  191. i, don't get the wrong idea. I'm sure your pick is great. It's just that I'm a short term trader and don't wait 6 months for results and Card is mostly a short term trader too. But I'm sure plenty of people out there would love 100% in 6 months but most readers of this blog are all short term traders.

    ReplyDelete
  192. Card, please tell me what you think of MLXO. Chart looks very good and level 2 is THIN after .012! It has already passed the 20 MA, 50 MA, and 200 MA days to weeks ago.

Another one that has a good chart is IMAI. Both of these are also being promoted.

What do you think of those?

Also, NACF looks good this morning. How high do you think it will go and how long do you think the run will continue? Many thankks pal.

  193. The chart on MLXO looks good, but I'd be a seller after today. I don't like IMAI as much. NACF still looks good. I'm curious though to see what it does at 10 cents thought.

I got tired of watching SAEIE going up so I finally bought some at 5 cents. We'll see how strong the momo is on that one.
